Peggy – a gentle soul urgently needs a home The beautiful Peggy is about 2 years old, approximately 40 cm tall, and lives in the municipal animal shelter of Botoșani (Romania) – a place where over 800 dogs are housed in close quarters. The dog catchers bring new dogs there every day, but only a few ever manage to get out again. An urgent call for help reached us for Peggy. She is an exceptionally friendly and people-oriented female dog. Whether it's the caregivers on site, foreign visitors or our German team – Peggy meets every person openly, lovingly and full of trust. She is a quiet, gentle female dog who simply enjoys the proximity of people. But it is precisely this gentle nature that makes her life in the animal shelter so incredibly difficult. Dogs that have never met before are thrown together in the kennel. The constant noise, the tightness and the stress are almost unbearable. Some dogs somehow arrange themselves with this situation – Peggy can't. You can see how much she suffers. She is a gentle soul who becomes more and more desperate day by day. The helpers on site are very worried about her, because if she has to stay in this environment for a long time, she will break down mentally. We want nothing more than for Peggy to finally experience what security feels like. A quiet home, loving people, a soft bed and finally the security she needs so urgently. Peggy is spayed, multiple vaccinated, dewormed, chipped and of course has an EU passport. Before departure, we will still carry out a Snap-4D test. The association naturally has the permission according to §11 Animal Welfare Act. Even after the adoption, we will continue to support you – for humans and animals. Peggy – eine zarte Seele sucht dringend ihr Zuhause Die wunderschöne Peggy ist etwa 2 Jahre alt, ca. 40 cm groß und lebt im städtischen Tierheim von Botoșani (Rumänien) – einem Ort, an dem über 800 Hunde auf engstem Raum untergebracht sind. Täglich bringen die Hundefänger neue Hunde dorthin, doch nur die wenigsten schaffen es jemals wieder hinaus. Für Peggy erreichte uns ein dringender Hilferuf. Sie ist eine außergewöhnlich freundliche und menschenbezogene Hündin. Ganz gleich, ob Pfleger vor Ort, fremde Besucher oder unser deutsches Team – Peggy begegnet jedem Menschen offen, liebevoll und voller Vertrauen. Sie ist eine ruhige, sanfte Hündin, die einfach nur die Nähe von Menschen genießt. Doch genau diese sanfte Art macht ihr das Leben im Tierheim so unendlich schwer. Im Zwinger werden Hunde zusammengewürfelt, die sich vorher nie begegnet sind. Der ständige Lärm, die Enge und der Stress sind kaum auszuhalten. Manche Hunde arrangieren sich irgendwie mit dieser Situation – Peggy kann das nicht. Man sieht ihr an, wie sehr sie leidet. Sie ist eine zarte Seele, die Tag für Tag ein kleines Stück mehr verzweifelt. Die Helfer vor Ort machen sich große Sorgen um sie, denn wenn sie noch lange in dieser Umgebung bleiben muss, wird sie seelisch daran zerbrechen. Dabei wünschen wir uns nichts sehnlicher, als dass Peggy endlich erleben darf, wie sich Geborgenheit anfühlt. Ein ruhiges Zuhause, liebevolle Menschen, ein weiches Körbchen und endlich die Sicherheit, die sie so dringend braucht. Peggy ist kastriert, mehrfach geimpft, entwurmt, gechipt und natürlich im Besitz eines EU-Ausweises. Vor Ausreise führen wir noch einen Snap-4D-Test durch. Kontakt: Tundra wird über die Tiernothilfe Casa Katharina e.V. vermittelt – mit Vorkontrolle und Schutzvertrag. Der Verein verfügt selbstverständlich über die Erlaubnis nach §11 Tierschutzgesetz. Auch nach der Adoption stehen wir euch weiterhin unterstützend zur Seite – für Mensch und Tier. Peggy reist, sobald sie adoptiert ist, nach Deutschland und kommt in 91278 Pottenstein an, wo sie von ihrer Familie abgeholt werden muss. Dort steht ein gesichertes Gelände zur Verfügung.
