His story: Peppis mom Pia and his three sisters Paige, Pamina, and Perla had no beautiful first weeks as a family. Born in an abandoned and dilapidated house, Peppis first days were marked by fear and uncertainty. But sometimes the universe holds a large portion of luck. A local animal rescuer discovered the small family near her home and could not look away. Thankfully! Now they are all in safety and can enjoy a normal family life. The little male dog still needs to grow a bit more and gain some strength before he is ready for his new family. His travel arrangements are possible from September 28th. As a puppy, Peppi has the whole world ahead of him and is ready for a lot of adventures. He will probably remain a small dog and is thus perfectly suited to be everywhere. Who wants to show Peppi the world and give him a forever home? Taking in a dog from an animal shelter brings a lot of joy but also sometimes challenges. Peppi was born in the wild in ruins and still does not know what it means to live in an apartment or a house. Step by step and without great expectations, he must be shown what it means to be house-trained or on a leash. A puppy is comparable to a small child learning to walk and needing constant care. Puppies should be with their family as little as possible in their first year of life. Peppi is ready to learn everything that belongs to the dog ABC. Dog training classes can be very helpful in this. If you work with positive reinforcement methods, you can become a strong human-dog team. After the puppy phase comes the somewhat exciting phase of puberty. The dogs then forget what they have learned and switch to full-on mode. This is normal and part of the development of a young dog. One must never forget that everything is only a phase and that with loving consequences and a good dose of humor, this phase will eventually be overcome. Peppi is typically playful as a puppy. Curious, he looks into the camera and turns his head and ears attentively in the direction of the person behind the camera. He approaches his fellow animals openly and remains always friendly. Seine Geschichte: Peppis Mama Pia und seine drei Schwestern Paige, Pamina und Perla hatten keine schönen ersten Wochen als Familie. Geboren in einem verlassenen und verfallenen Haus waren Peppis erste Lebenstage geprägt von Angst und Unsicherheit. Doch manchmal hält das Universum eine große Portion Glück bereit. Eine Tierschützerin vor Ort entdeckte die kleine Familie ganz in der Nähe ihres Hauses und konnte nicht wegschauen. Zum Glück! Nun sind alle in Sicherheit und können ein ganz normales Familienleben genießen. Der kleine Rüde muss noch etwas größer und stärker werden, ehe er bereit für seine neue Familie ist. Seine Ausreise ist ab 28.09. möglich. Als Welpe hat Peppi noch das ganze Leben vor sich und er ist bereit für jede Menge Abenteuer. Er wird wahrscheinlich ein kleiner Hund bleiben und ist somit perfekt geeignet, um überall mit dabei zu sein. Wer möchte Peppi die Welt zeigen und ihm ein für-immer-zuhause schenken? Ein Hund aus dem Tierschutz aufzunehmen, bringt ganz viel Freude aber auch manchmal Herausforderungen. Peppi wurde in der Wildnis in Trümmern geboren und weiß noch nicht, was es bedeutet in einer Wohnung oder einem Haus zu wohnen. Kleinschrittig und ohne große Erwartungen muss ihm gezeigt werden, was es heißt, stubenrein oder leinenführig zu sein. Ein Welpe ist vergleichbar mit einem Kleinkind, was gerade laufen lernt und dauerhafte Betreuung braucht. Welpen sollten in ihrem ersten Lebensjahr so wenig wie möglich allein sein. Peppi ist bereit alles zu lernen was zum Hunde ABC dazugehört. Dabei kann eine Hundeschule sehr hilfreich sein. Arbeitet ihr mit positiven Verstärkungsmethoden, könnt ihr mit eurem Hund ein starken Mensch-Hund-Team werden. Nach der Welpenzeit folgt die etwas aufregendere Phase der Pubertät. Die Hunde „vergessen“ dann schonmal, was sie alles gelernt haben und schalten auf Durchzug. Das ist ganz normal und gehört zur Entwicklung eines jungen Hundes dazu. Man darf dabei nie vergessen, dass alles nur eine Phase ist und man mit liebevoller Konsequenz und einer guten Prise Humor auch diese Phase irgendwann überstanden hat. Peppi ist welpentypisch verspielt. Neugierig schaut er in die Kamera und dreht seinen Kopf und seine Ohren aufmerksam in Richtung des Menschen hinter der Kamera. Er geht offen auf seine Artgenossen zu und bleibt dabei immer freundlich. Ein Hund zum Verlieben! Wenn ihr an Peppi interessiert seid, füllt gern eine Selbstauskunft aus und wir setzen uns so bald wie möglich mit euch in Verbindung. Peppi ist geimpft, gechipt, entwurmt und entfloht. Seinem Alter entsprechend ist er noch nicht kastriert. Er wird nach positiver Vorkontrolle gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro und mit gültigem EU-Heimtierausweis vermittelt.
