Malaga Animals and Plants Update January 22, 2026: Piti is a small dog who arrived at the animal shelter after being found on the street. Apparently, he had been living in the area for a while without a home. From the very first moment, he proved to be a special dog who wins hearts with his softness and calmness. He is a small dog, very social and well balanced. Piti is an observant dog and enjoys watching everything around him. He has a calm character, is easy to handle and loves human company, cuddles and affection, although he also has an independent side. A key point to keep in mind when considering adoption is that Piti is a bit of an escape artist. At the animal shelter, he climbs up the kennel fence looking for an exit, so the house where he lives, as well as the places where he goes with his family, must be secure in this regard. Piti walks beautifully on a leash, closely next to you and enjoying every step. He likes to sniff around and discover new places. He gets along well with other dogs and is also suitable for living in a family with children. Piti has been in the car several times, calmly driven without making any noise, and has also been on various trips: schools, houses... where he always behaved wonderfully. His charming personality allows him to easily adapt to different situations and types of families, making him an ideal companion. But Piti becomes an invisible dog, and we don't understand why. + a new video and 10 new photos added. Input August 13, 2025: Piti was found on the street where neighbors caught him and brought him to our animal shelter. He is a small and quiet dog who gets along well with other dogs without problems. He is social towards dogs and people. He likes to be near our volunteers, although he sometimes is also independent and watches from a distance without worrying about anything. Despite this independence, he hates being left alone. He is a born Houdini who climbs over the kennel fence again and again. Once he has escaped, he calmly walks around the animal shelter looking for people to cuddle with. Piti walks very well on a leash. He likes to walk, sniff fresh grass and always have a person by his side providing him with sausages and cuddles.

Malaga Animales y Plantas Update 22 januari 2026: Piti is een kleine hond die bij het asiel arriveerde nadat hij op straat was gevonden. Blijkbaar woonde hij al een tijd in de buurt zonder huis. Vanaf het allereerste begin bleek hij een heel bijzondere hond te zijn die harten verovert met zijn zachtheid en kalmte. Hij is een kleine hond, erg sociaal en goed in balans. Piti is een scherpe waarnemer en geniet ervan alles om zich heen te observeren. Hij heeft een kalm karakter, is makkelijk te hanteren en houdt van menselijk gezelschap, knuffels en genegenheid, hoewel hij ook een onafhankelijke kant heeft. Een belangrijk punt om in gedachten te houden bij het adopteren is dat Piti een beetje een ontsnapper is. In het asiel klimt hij op het kennelhek op zoek naar een uitweg, dus het huis waar hij woont, evenals de plekken waar hij met zijn gezin naartoe gaat, moeten hierin veilig zijn. Piti loopt prachtig aan de lijn, dicht naast je en genietend van elke stap. Hij houdt ervan om rond te snuffelen en nieuwe plekken te ontdekken. Hij kan het goed vinden met andere honden en is ook geschikt om in een gezin met kinderen te wonen. Piti heeft meerdere keren in de auto gezeten, rustig gereden zonder geluid te maken, en is ook op verschillende reizen geweest: scholen, woningen... waar hij zich altijd geweldig heeft gedragen. Als hij eenmaal ontsnapt is dan loopt hij rustig rond het asiel rond, opzoek naar mensen om mee te knuffelen. Piti loopt heel goed aan de lijn. Hij houdt er van om te wandelen, aan vers gras te snuffelen en altijd een mens aan zijn zijde te hebben die hem voorziet van worstjes en knuffels.
