Plato, also called in DT Shaggy, is a charming long-haired cat, our friend has come a long way, coming to us from Ukraine, where life was not kind to him. So now he needs a caring home that will give him a chance to live a peaceful and loving life. Although Plato may be distrustful of new people, knowing his guardian becomes very devoted. A house where there will not be too many people, and he himself will have his hiding places, is crucial to his well-being. Plato is allergic, so he needs a specialized diet or anti-allergic medication before each meal. Sensitivity may be manifested by inflammation of the ears and asthma. Due to the calicivirus infection, he had to undergo the removal of almost all teeth, but this does not prevent him from enjoying life. It is only important to take regular care of his teeth and avoid inflammation. He is also a very clean cat. Because of these needs, he needs patient and alert guardians. Besides, Plato is an intelligent and vital cat. Koocha sit on the balcony, feel the breeze on the face, play with lasers and bite boxes. He also loves biting all kinds of plants, so an apartment with a roofed balcony and only safe plants is the best environment for him. It is not a typical knee cat, it does not tolerate being worn, it shows sensitivity in its own way (it spends time in the same room as the guardian, comes to bed, or it lies next to the guardian). However, it is important to respect his boundaries and gain his trust slowly. He very much dislikes travel (even short ones) and is very attached to his territory. When it comes to relationships with other cats, it tolerates the presence of a second cat, but it is unlikely that there are great symptoms of love. Platon, nazywany też w DT Kudłacikiem, to uroczy długowłosy kocur, nasz przyjaciel przeszedł długą drogę, trafiając do nas z Ukrainy, gdzie życie nie było dla niego łaskawe. Dlatego teraz potrzebuje troskliwego domu, który da mu szansę na spokojne i pełne miłości życie. Choć Platon może być nieufny w stosunku do nowych ludzi, to poznawszy swojego opiekuna staje się bardzo oddany. Dom, w którym nie będzie zbyt wielu osób, a on sam będzie miał swoje kryjówki, jest kluczowy dla jego dobrego samopoczucia. Platon jest uczulony, dlatego potrzebuje specjalistycznej diety lub leków przeciwuczuleniowych przed każdym posiłkiem. Uczulenie może się objawiać stanami zapalnymi uszu oraz astmą. W związku z infekcją kaliciwirusem musiał poddać się usunięciu prawie wszystkich zębów, jednak nie przeszkadza mu to w cieszeniu się życiem. Ważne jest tylko, aby regularnie dbać o jego zęby i unikać stanów zapalnych. Jest też kotem bardzo wyczulonym na czystość. Z racji na te potrzeby potrzebuje cierpliwych i czujnych opiekunów. Poza tym Platon jest kotem inteligentnym i żywotnym. Koocha siedzieć na balkonie, czuć powiew wiatru na pyszczku, zabawę laserem i gryzienie kartonów. Uwielbia też podgryzanie wszelakich roślinek, więc mieszkanie z osiatkowanym balkonem i tylko bezpiecznymi roślinami jest najlepszym dla niego środowiskiem. Nie jest typowym kotem kolankowym, nie toleruje bycia noszonym, okazuje czułość na swój sposób (spędza czas w tym samym pokoju co opiekun, przychodzi do łóżka, czy kładzie się koło opiekuna). Ważne jest jednak, aby szanować jego granice i zdobyć jego zaufanie powoli. Bardzo nie lubi podróży (nawet tych krótkich) i jest bardzo przywiązany do swojego terenu. Jeśli chodzi o relacje z innymi kotami, toleruje obecność drugiego kocurka, ale raczej nie ma wielkich objawów miłości. Z drugim kotem można się spodziewać zabawy w łowy i drobne przepychanki.
