Polly came to us as a found animal and unfortunately was not reported missing anywhere, so she is now looking for a new home. When she came to us, her right eye was severely inflamed. She was of course immediately treated by a veterinarian, and it turned out that the inflammation in her eye was probably an old untreated injury. We have now completed the treatment and the inflammation is gone. Since her cornea was injured on the eye, a gray veil has formed in her eye, which is why her vision in that eye is impaired. However, she can see well with her other eye, so she is hardly impaired. Polly is currently still in quarantine because she unfortunately still needs to be treated for parasites. But from the end of August, Polly would be ready for her new home. If Polly has sparked your interest, we look forward to a meaningful email with pictures of the future living situation. Poly kam als Fundtier zu uns und wurde leider nirgends vermisst weshalb sie jetzt ein neues Zuhause sucht. Als sie zu uns kam war ihr rechtes Auge stark entzündet. Bei uns wurde sie natürlich sofort tierärztlich versorgt wobei rauskam das es sich an ihrem Auge vermutlich um eine alte unbehandelte Verletzung handelt. Mittlerweile sind wir mit der Behandlung fertig und die Entzündung ist weg. Da ihre Hornhaut auf dem Auge verletzt war hat sich dort ein grauer Schleier im Auge gebildet weshalb ihre Sehkraft auf dem Auge eingeschränkt ist. Mit ihrem anderen Auge sieht sie aber gut weshalb sie kaum eingeschränkt ist. Poly ist bei uns aktuell noch in der Quarantäne da sie leider noch gegen Parasiten behandelt werden muss. Ab voraussichtlich Ende August wäre Poly dann aber bereit für ihr neues Zuhause. Wenn Poly Ihr Interesse geweckt hat freuen wir uns über eine aussagekräftig Email mit Bildern der zukünftigen Haltung. Wir vermitteln grundsätzlich nur in Artgerechte Haltung (2 Kaninchen benötigen min. 6m²) und in keine Einzelhaltung. Allgemeine Interessentenanfrage: Es sind keine Krankheiten bekannt.
