Попелюшка сором’язлива, трєпєтна милашка і в неї майже немає шансів стати домашньою. Котуся ховається в лоточку і в самому куточку кліточки, бо вже пережила зраду «мачухи» після чого опинилась в клітці притулку. Яку вона, до речі, неймовірно боїться. Дівчинка живе в пекельному моральному стані, бо їй страшно, як востаннє. Щодня вона ховається в своїх схованках по кліточці і плаче від страху.
