Poppy is an absolute pleasure to spend time with. She is affectionate and adores being made a fuss of. She is a happy-go-lucky, playful girl, doing ‘zoomies’ when you play-bow at her. Poppy is worried by other dogs, especially small dogs, and will hide behind her owner looking for reassurance. She would benefit from confidence building around other dogs and having calm, confident walking buddies. Poppy loves treats and she knows a sit. Poppy is a pretty six-year-old Dogue De Bordeaux looking for a loving home. She could share her home with secondary school aged children. She is looking to be the only dog in the home and has no history living with cats, small furries, or livestock. Poppy is instantly friendly with new people and could cope with a busy home environment. She has been okay being left alone for a few hours. Poppy is housetrained. She travels well in the car.
