The young tomcat Pumpkin is only 2 years old, but has already suffered a serious betrayal. Because he was left behind by his original family when they moved to another country. Therefore, he is now waiting in our foster home to be adopted by a loving family that can offer him a nice new home. Despite his past, Pumpkin is very friendly and social. Also, he is rather quiet and relaxed. He gets along very well with his fellow animals, which is why we do not want to place him in single housing. If there is no other cat waiting for him in his new home, he will gladly take one of his friends from the foster home with him. It is unclear whether he can be kept as an outdoor cat in the future. However, he will certainly be happy about secure access to the outside or a fenced balcony so he can get some fresh air from time to time. Pumpkin can start his journey to his new home immediately and is microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed and treated for fleas. Seine Geschichte: Junger Kater Pumpkin wartet auf seine neue Familie! Der junge Kater Pumpkin ist zwar erst 3 Jahre alt, aber hat schon einen schweren Vertrauensbruch erlitten. Denn er wurde von seiner ursprünglichen Familie in Rumännien zurückgelassen, als diese in ein anderes Land gezogen ist. Dann konnte er endlich nach Deutschland umziehen, dort verträgt er sich leider nicht mit dem bereits vorhandenen Kater. Nun ist Pumpkin wieder auf der Suche nach seinem Zuhause zum Ankommen. Trotz seiner Vorgeschichte ist Pumpkin sehr freundlich und sozial. Außerdem ist er eher ruhig und entspannt. In der rumänischen Pflegestelle kam er gut mit seinen Artgenossen klar, es ist also auch möglich, dass es nur mit dem Kater in der aktuellen Familie nicht klappt. An sich denken wir aber er wäre auch als Einzelprinz bei einer Familie mit viel Zeit für ihn gut aufgehoben. Wegen seiner Futterunverträglichkeit braucht er spezielles Futter. Pumpkin kennt keinen klassischen Freigang, Aaber über gesicherten Freigang bzw. einen vernetzen Balkon, damit er hin und wieder frische Luft schnappen kann, freut er sich auf jeden Fall. Pumpkin kann ab sofort in sein neues Zuhause umziehen und ist bis dahin gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Außerdem wurde er negativ auf FIV und FeLV getestet und bringt auch gleich einen EU-Heimtierausweis mit. Nach einer positiven Vorkontrolle und einer Schutzgebühr steht seiner Reise in sein neues Zuhause nichts mehr im Wege. Auch eine Pflegestelle würde Pumpkin sehr helfen!
