With Pumpkin Spice being a little more reserved, a family who can give her time to settle and trust will be important for her. What type of environment would suit me? Dwarf hamsters require plenty of floor space as they prefer to travel low to the ground rather than climb. They are superb burrowers, so deep bedding is a must for these small creatures. The ideal size is a 100cm wide by 50cm deep by 40cm high cage with 7mm bar spacing.
