Racek arrived at our shelter from Racławek. He is a dog who lives on full alert. His body is in constant motion, as if someone had forgotten to hit the "pause" button. He spins, wriggles, bounces—finding it hard to stand still for even a moment. It’s clear that his nervous system is constantly stimulated, and his emotions often take the upper hand over his ability to focus. Racek can be "out of contact" at times. This is not a lack of willingness to cooperate, but a difficulty in regulating emotions and focusing. He really wants to, but he just hasn’t figured out how yet. That’s why we are looking for a peaceful, stable, and patient home for him—one that can show him that the world doesn’t have to be in such a rush. A caregiver who understands that behind this excess of energy lies tension and a need for safety. This is a dog for someone who doesn’t seek a "ready-made" companion, but wants to help someone truly find themselves. For beneath all that chaos lies a huge potential—just give him the time to learn how to breathe more calmly.

Racek trafił do nas jako znajda z Racławek. To pies, który żyje na pełnych obrotach. Jego ciało jest w ciągłym ruchu, jakby ktoś zapomniał w nim przycisku „pauza”. Kręci się, wierci, podskakuje - trudno mu ustać w miejscu choćby przez chwilę. Widać, że jego układ nerwowy jest stale pobudzony, a emocje często biorą górę nad możliwością skupienia. Racek bywa „poza kontaktem”. To nie jest brak chęci do współpracy, tylko trudność w regulacji emocji i koncentracji. On naprawdę chce, tylko jeszcze nie wie jak. Dlatego szukamy dla niego domu spokojnego, stabilnego i cierpliwego. Takiego, który pokaże mu, że świat nie musi pędzić. Opiekuna, który rozumie, że za tą nadmierną energią stoi napięcie i potrzeba bezpieczeństwa. To pies dla kogoś, kto nie szuka „gotowego” kompana, tylko chce pomóc komuś naprawdę się odnaleźć.Bo pod tym chaosem jest ogromny potencjał - tylko trzeba dać mu czas, by nauczył się oddychać spokojniej.
