C'est un grand gabarit, dynamique, en recherche d'attentions, dont toute l'éducation est à faire mais qui a aussi un petit caractère bien affirmé. Ragnard a tout à apprendre et à découvrir, il a un bon potentiel mais il ne peut être mis dans n'importe quelle main, pour qu'il évolue correctement. Il recherche des adoptants prêts à s'investir avec lui à 100%, présents, ayant du temps à lui consacrer et ayant déjà l'expérience de grand chien avec un peu de tempérament. Il vit en box avec Pastis, son fils, mais nous éviterons le placement avec d'autres mâles.
