Räuber came to us as a found kitten and is with his approximately 15 years a real character. A blood test revealed a thyroid dysfunction, which is why he takes his medication twice a day—although he does, he adjusts well and manages just fine in everyday life. His fur has also become shinier again, and the sturdy tomcat has even put on some weight. The nice part was that his original owners got in touch shortly after. They can cover the ongoing costs (one has to reckon with about 70€ per month for the medication).

Räuber kam als Fundkater zu uns und ist mit seinen etwa 15 Jahren ein echter Charakterkopf. Eine Blutuntersuchung ergab eine Schilddrüsenfehlfunktion, weshalb er zweimal täglich seine Medikamente bekommt – damit ist er aber gut eingestellt und kommt im Alltag prima zurecht. Auch sein Fell ist wieder glänzender geworden und der stattliche Kater hat auch an Gewicht zugelegt. Das Schöne war, dass sich seine ursprünglichen Besitzer zeitnah gemeldet haben. Sie konnten die laufenden Kosten (man muss etwa 70€ im Monat für die Medikamente rechnen) jedoch nicht tragen und haben ihn daher schweren Herzens zur
