Rey, a mixed breed male dog, approximately 52cm tall and weighing around 17kg, was born circa 2013/2014. He is neutered, friendly towards females and males, has undergone Mediterranean health checks prior to relocation, and is described as calm, submissive, balanced, people-oriented, and lovable. Rey spent his entire life indoors with a young family with children, then later with the mother of that family. After she passed away, he was adopted by a friend of the family and lived in their home as a cherished family pet. However, at 84 years old, this friend is now too frail to care for him and must move into an apartment with a relative. Unfortunately, Rey cannot live there due to the many stairs he would have to climb daily; he prefers living on one level in his age. Currently, Rey lives with Tina in a large pack but is overwhelmed by his submissive nature and older age, often being bullied. He is a reliable, affectionate, sensitive, and people-oriented dog seeking a warm and quiet place to retire.

Erst bei einer jungen Familie mit Kindern und später bei der Mutter der Familie. Als diese dann verstarb, adoptierte eine Freundin der Familie Rey und er lebte bisher immer im Haus, als gepflegter und geliebter Familienhund. Leider ist nun die Dame mit 84 Jahren sehr alt und nicht mehr gut zu Fuß. Sie muss nun umziehen, in ein Appartement zu einer Familienangehörigen. Dies ist recht klein und Rey kann da leider nicht mit. Er sollte in seinem Alter ebenerdig leben dürfen und dort müsste er täglich viele Treppen steigen. Niemand kann ihn tragen und deshalb suchen wir für Rey einen schönen Altersruhesitz! Er lebt derzeit bei Tina im Großrudel, allerdings ist er dort überfordert, da er älter und ein unterwürfiger Charakter ist. Er wird dann schnell gemobbt. Er ist ein zuverlässiger, anhänglicher, sensibler und menschenbezogener Rüde, der wieder ein warmes und ruhiges Plätzchen sucht! Er ist gepflegt und ein sehr angenehmer Zeitgenosse.
