At around 5 years old, Rick is right in the middle of life – no longer a wild puppy, but still active, eager to learn, and ready for shared adventures. And we don't want to see him wait any longer! Rick likes people very much and shows himself in Romania as a balanced and pleasant companion. With his friendly and calm character, he is a particularly pleasant representative of his suspected breed. However, his German Shepherd genes should not be underestimated. Therefore, we are looking for people with experience with this breed and ideally also with strong-willed dogs to accompany Rick with patience, consistency, and positively reinforcing training. German Shepherds are known for their good noses and high intelligence. A family that enjoys challenging him with nose work, search games, or even joint hikes would be an absolute jackpot for Rick. The handsome fellow animal is very compatible with other animals and currently shares his outdoor run with a female dog – a male dog in the new home would also be a good possibility. Freundlich, verspielt und dabei trotzdem respektvoll wartet der hübsche Schäfi-Mix in Rumänien auf sein großes Glück. Mit seinen etwa 5 Jahren steht Rick mitten im Leben – kein wilder Jungspund mehr, aber immer noch aktiv, lernfreudig und bereit für gemeinsame Abenteuer. Und wir wollen ihn nicht mehr warten sehen! Rick mag Menschen sehr und zeigt sich in Rumänien als ausgeglichener und angenehmer Begleiter. Durch seinen freundlichen und ruhigen Grundcharakter ist er dabei ein besonders angenehmer Vertreter seiner vermuteten Rasse. Dennoch sind seine Schäferhund-Gene nicht zu unterschätzen. Daher suchen wir Menschen, die Erfahrung mit dieser Rasse und idealerweise auch mit charakterstarken Hunden haben, um Rick mit Geduld, Konsequenz und positiv verstärkendem Training zu begleiten. Schäferhunde sind bekannt für ihre gute Nase und ihre hohe Intelligenz. Eine Familie, die Freude daran hat, ihn mit Nasenarbeit, Suchspielen oder auch gemeinsamen Wanderungen auszulasten, wäre ein absoluter Jackpot für Rick. Mit Artgenossen ist der Prachtbursche sehr verträglich und teilt sich aktuell auch seinen Außenzwinger mit einer Hündin – ein vorhandener Hund im neuen Zuhause wäre also gut vorstellbar.
