Rita is an adorable dog, quite close to humans, eager for attention, gentle, and affectionate. She has a basic level of training that leads us to believe she has previously lived in a family home. However, Rita has great difficulty being left alone and particularly needs the presence of another dog by her side every day to help her calm down. Rita is available through rescue adoption because she suffers from a significant knee deformity, which at the moment does not affect her quality of life but could, in the short to medium term, require veterinary care to support her joints. Likewise, she will need daily walks—though not intense ones—adjusted according to her condition, to promote and maintain her muscle tone and overall fitness.
