Robbie is a 50 cm tall, 25 kg dog who was found in Bosnia. His past is unknown, but he was either hit by a car or severely abused, resulting in broken legs and hips. Despite this, he managed to survive for months or even longer. The fractures have healed, but there is little that can be done to fix them. We will be performing surgery on one of his hips to reduce his pain in the future. Robbie also has bullet fragments in his leg and pelvis, indicating that he was shot. He has lost trust in humans. Robbie arrived in the Netherlands and was very stressed, sleeping outside in a hole for the first few nights. After a few days, he began to enjoy coming inside and lying on the couch. He also enjoys the sun outside. Robbie is very friendly and licks your hand and wags his tail when you come home, but he is still afraid of being touched. He loves playing with other dogs. Robbie is about 50 cm tall and 25 kg. He was born in August 2024. We are looking for a home where he can run around on a fenced yard or in a secure garden. He will eventually want to be petted and maybe even learn to walk on a leash, but that is not a priority right now. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed, and can be seen in Hoogeveen.

Robbie liep op straat in Bosnië. Zijn voorgeschiedenis zullen we nooit weten. Hij werd aangereden of is ernstig mishandeld maar beide achterpoten en heup zijn gebroken geweest. Niemand deed daar wat aan dus hij heeft daar maanden of misschien wel langer mee rondgelopen. Inmiddels zijn de breuken oud en is er weinig meer aan te doen. We gaan hem aan 1 heup laten opereren zodat hij in de toekomst minder pijn zal hebben. Robbie heeft ook resten van kogels in zijn poot en bekken dus er is ook nog op hem geschoten . Hij is wel het vertrouwen in mensen kwijt. Robbie is in Nederland aangekomen en was zeer gestrest en heeft de eerste nachten buiten geslapen, verstopt in een kuil. Na een paar dagen kwam hij binnen en vindt het nu heerlijk om in huis te komen en op de bank te liggen. Ook buiten in het zonnetje vindt hij fijn. Robbie is eigenlijk heel vriendelijk en hij likt aan je hand en kwispelt hard als je thuis komt maar aanraken durft hij nog niet aan. Hij is ontzettend blij met de andere honden en speelt graag. Robbie is 50 cm hoog en 25 kilo. Hij is ongeveer augustus 2024 geboren. Wie geeft deze lieverd een kans op een goed leven? We zoeken een plek waar hij lekker op het erf of in een afgesloten tuin rond kan struinen, er moet een andere hond aanwezig zijn. Hi zal in de toekomst best geaaid willen worden en misschien aan de riem leren lopen maar voorlopig is dat nog niet aan de orde. Hij is gecastreerd, ingeënt, gechipt en ontwormd en is te bewonderen in Hoogeveen.
