Rocco, a Pyrenean Shepherd born around 2018/2019, is a male dog approximately 70 cm tall and weighing about 50 kg. He is not compatible with cats or small dogs due to his high predatory instinct. Rocco has been vaccinated, dewormed, and undergone a Mediterranean health check before being adopted. Rocco's history is one of hardship; he was chained as a puppy and grew up in such conditions. This is unimaginable cruelty, and we cannot understand why people would treat their animals this way. Fortunately, Rocco was rescued from his situation and is now living with a caring family in Italy. He is an athletic dog with a strong need for exercise, which is not surprising given his background. We are looking for the right owners for Rocco, who have experience with the breed and can provide him with a large, securely fenced property. We do not accept city living arrangements. Er musste diese als Kettenhund verbringen und ist auch so aufgewachsen. – Für uns ein unvorstellbar schlimmer Gedanke und natürlich nicht nachvollziehbar, warum es vielen Menschen so egal ist, was sie ihren Tieren antun. Rocco konnte zum Glück von dort weggeholt werden und befindet sich nun auf einer italienischen Pflegefamilie. Dort zeigt er sich als sportlicher Kerl mit einem großen Bewegungsdrang. – Wer will es ihm verdenken? Für den großen Rüden suchen wir nun die richtigen Menschen, die auch die entsprechenden Voraussetzungen mitbringen. Die da wären: Erfahrung mit der Rasse und ein großes, sicher eingezäuntes Grundstück. Eine Haltung mitten in der Stadt lehnen wir von vornherein ab.
