Meet our quirky Roeffie! Roeffie is a beautiful 7-year-old budgerigar. Unfortunately, his/her exact background is unknown, but one thing we do know for sure: Roeffie has a delightfully feisty personality! Roeffie is not yet tame and finds people and hands quite exciting. He/she likes to make it clear when something is not quite to his/her liking. A bit stubborn? Absolutely! But that's what makes Roeffie such a special bird. For Roeffie, we are looking for an experienced and patient owner who understands that a 7-year-old budgerigar may not suddenly become a cuddly bird. Roeffie needs respect for his/her boundaries, peace and a safe environment. With a lot of patience and trust, a beautiful bond may still develop. Roeffie deserves a nice home where he/she can be himself/herself. A spacious cage or aviary, sufficient space to move around, nice perches, toys, good food and of course enough challenges are part of that. Because Roeffie is already quite old and his/her past is unknown, we are looking for someone who looks at what Roeffie needs, not what he/she might have to become. No expectations, no hurry — just a nice life with all the time to get used to at his/her own pace. And, yes... that spicy character is just a part of it. Maak kennis met onze eigenzinnige Roeffie! &;&; Roeffie is een prachtige valkparkiet van 7 jaar oud. Zijn/haar precieze achtergrond is helaas onbekend, maar één ding weten we inmiddels zeker: Roeffie heeft een heerlijk pittig karakter! &;&;️ Roeffie is nog niet tam en vindt mensen en handjes behoorlijk spannend. Hij/zij laat dan ook graag duidelijk weten wanneer iets niet helemaal naar wens is. Een beetje eigenwijs? Absoluut! Maar juist dat maakt Roeffie zo'n bijzonder vogeltje. &;&; Voor Roeffie zoeken we een ervaren en geduldig baasje dat begrijpt dat een valkparkiet van 7 jaar misschien niet ineens een knuffelvogel wordt. Roeffie heeft vooral behoefte aan respect voor zijn/haar grenzen, rust en een veilige omgeving. Wie weet ontstaat er met veel geduld en vertrouwen toch een mooie band. &; Roeffie verdient een fijn thuis waar hij/zij lekker zichzelf mag zijn. Een ruime kooi of volière, voldoende bewegingsruimte, fijne zitstokken, speelgoed, goede voeding en natuurlijk voldoende uitdaging horen daarbij. &;&; Omdat Roeffie al wat ouder is en zijn/haar verleden onbekend is, zoeken we iemand die vooral kijkt naar wat Roeffie nodig heeft, en niet naar wat hij/zij misschien zou moeten worden.
