ROGER has made a lot of progress since arriving at our shelter, a very calm cat who begs for food and attention. He will charm anyone who lays eyes on him! He will need to live in a separate enclosure. ROGER used to live with other cats but has not been tested with dogs. He can live with young, respectful children.
