We found Roxy collapsed at the side of the road in March 2024. As we got closer we realised she was covered in puncture wounds, some of which were infected. Despite the absolutely awful condition she was in, she still wagged her tail when we approached her. We took Roxy home, bathed her wounds, treated the infections witrh antibiotics and showed her what love is. She soon grew into a cheeky, playful, happy pup. She is now at the shelter where she enjoys playing out with her dog friends and getting loves from all the shelter staff.
