Roxy, a medium-sized Labrador-Mix, born around 2021, Roxy came to us with her puppies in tow. The puppies have already found their forever homes. Now, we wish to find the same for the black beauty. Unfortunately, we know nothing about her past. At our shelter, Roxy is active and sometimes a bit unassuming. Therefore, she needs clear and consistent people who won't let her small provocations slide and who can guide her gently but firmly. She feels much better when the person leads the way. A wonderful match would be an active individual or a couple who have the time and enthusiasm to grow with her. She is truly a fantastic female dog with great potential to be a dream dog. If you are willing to invest time in getting to know her and building a relationship, you will definitely be rewarded! We need to individually test her compatibility with other dogs. Roxy doesn't like to have her space invaded and would certainly need a calm, stable counterpart. Since she also defends her food and other resources, we don't see her as suitable for beginners or for a family with children. Cats and small pets are also not really her thing. Contact us and arrange an informal meet-and-greet—preferably with a return phone number where you can be reached during the day. Roxy is such a wonderful female dog that she finally wants to be seen!

Roxy, mittelgroßer Labrador-Mix, ca. 2021 geboren Roxy kam zu uns mit ihren Welpen im Gepäck. Die haben schon lange ihr Für-Immer-Zuhause gefunden. Genau das wünschen wir uns jetzt auch für die schwarze Schönheit. Über ihre Vergangenheit wissen wir leider gar nichts. Bei uns ist Roxy aktiv und manchmal auch ein wenig unverschämt. Deshalb sucht sie klare und konsequente Menschen, die ihr ihre kleinen Provokationen nicht durchgehen lassen und die sie wohlwollend und klar anleiten. Sie fühlt sich wesentlich wohler, wenn ihr der Mensch den Weg weist. Schön wäre eine aktive Einzelperson oder ein Paar, die Zeit und Lust haben, mit ihr zu wachsen. Sie ist wirklich eine tolle Hündin mit viel Potential zum Traumhund. Wer bereit ist, Zeit in die Er- und Beziehung zu investieren, wird sicherlich belohnt! Die Verträglichkeit mit anderen Hunden müssen wir individuell testen. Roxy lässt sich nicht gerne die Butter vom Brot nehmen und bräuchte sicherlich ein gelassenes, stabiles Gegenüber. Da sie durchaus auch ihr Futter und andere Ressourcen verteidigt, sehen wir sie nicht Fall bei Hundeanfängern und auch nicht in einer Familie mit Kindern. Katzen und Kleintiere sind ebenfalls nicht unbedingt ihr Ding. Meldet euch und vereinbart einen unverbindlichen Kennenlerntermin – am besten mit einer Rückrufnummer, unter der ihr auch tagsüber zu erreichen seid.
