Saar is a sensitive and cautious cat. At first she prefers to wait and see before getting involved, since new people and changes can feel quite overwhelming to her. In such moments she likes to retreat to a safe hiding spot, where she can calmly process everything and keep an eye on her surroundings. Behind that reserved exterior is a sweet lady who secretly enjoys attention and cosiness. Saar simply needs a bit more time before she opens up. Once she trusts her people and her environment, her curious and gentle nature gradually comes to the surface. We expect that Saar will blossom into a lovely housemate in a home setting. We are looking for a quiet household of 1 to 2 persons (without children) for Saar. We believe she will thrive best in a predictable environment. Saar can be placed with a social, stable companion cat who can help her develop and build her confidence, but this is not a requirement. Saar is een gevoelige en afwachtende poes. In het begin kijkt ze liever even de kat uit de boom; nieuwe mensen en veranderingen vindt ze namelijk best spannend. Op zulke momenten trekt ze zich graag terug op een veilige verstopplek, waar ze rustig alles kan verwerken en overzien. Achter dat masker schuilt een lieve dame die stiekem geniet van aandacht en gezelligheid. Saar heeft alleen wat meer tijd nodig om daarvoor open te stellen. Eenmaal wanneer ze haar mensen en omgeving vertrouwt, komt haar nieuwsgierige en zachte karakter voorzichtig naar boven. We verwachten dat Saar in een huiselijke omgeving zal opbloeien tot een fijne huisgenoot. We zoeken voor Saar een rustig 1 á 2-persoonshuishouden (zonder kinderen). We vermoeden dat ze in een voorspelbare omgeving het beste tot haar recht zal komen. Saar kan geplaatst worden bij een sociale, stabiele soortgenoot die haar kan helpen bij haar ontwikkeling en zelfvertrouwen, maar dit is geen vereiste.
