I am a lovely girl named Saimi. I have become very confident in my foster home. I sometimes let myself be petted on my own terms and I push very hard at my other caregiver. I also follow him everywhere. I am very sociable, wherever there is a person, there I am too. I no longer hide or avoid people. My story began in the autumn of 2025 when I came to the animal shelter found and was shy. In the foster home, I gave birth to and raised the kittens with my foster caregiver. I then came to the animal shelter looking for a home. The search did not produce results, so I went to another foster home to gain confidence. I have been living there since March 2026 and have become very confident and relaxed. I'm looking for a quiet home for the rest of my life. I am in my foster home in Helsinki. A pair, Iiris and Haades, are looking for a shared home. Iiris (a black tabby girl) is about 7-9 years old and a handsome boy, Haades, about 6 years old. The pair has been in the foster home since autumn 2025. Iiris and Haades both came to the association as found animals. Iiris in 2024 and Haades in 2025. The pair lived in the same cat house and became friends. They have already become very confident in their foster home. Haades allows being petted, even though he is still a bit cautious and unsure what to think of the petting. Iiris has become very confident, but does not yet allow touching. Iiris sleeps next to a person and on their feet and is quickly in the food bowl when the person leaves the room. With Haades, Iris sometimes sleeps side by side. Every evening and night there are intense races when they play and run. The shelter's own cat has not really gotten along with this pair. Salli and Bee are looking for a shared home in the foster home. This couple has become very confident in the foster home, where they have been living for a long time. From the couple, Salli is the bold one, and the more timid Bee takes her cues and finds security. For their final home, the kittens hope for a cat-friendly home that has been prepared for Bee's dental disease, which requires annual check-ups with a veterinarian that may include removal of teeth.

Olen ihana tyttökisu Saimi. Olen sijaiskodissa rohkaistunut kovasti. Annan välillä silittää omilla ehdoillani ja pusken kovasti toista hoitajaani. Seuraan myös häntä ihan joka paikkaan. Olen kovin seuranhaluinen, missä ihminen on, siellä minäkin. En enää piilottele tai pakoile ihmistä. Minun tarinani alkoi 2025 syksyllä kun tulin eläintalolle löytyneenä ja olin tiine. Kotihoidossa synnytin ja kasvatin pennut sijaishoitajani kanssa. Saavuin sitten eläintalolle kotia etsimään. Etsintä ei tuottanut tulosta, joten pääsin toiseen sijaiskotiin rohkaistumaan. Siellä olen asunut maaliskuusta 2026 saakka ja olen rohkaistunut ja rentoutunut todella paljon. Etsin rauhallista loppuelämän kotia. Olen sijaiskodissani Helsingissä. Haades antaa silittää itseään, vaikka vielä on hieman varautunut ja ei ole varma mitä silityksistä pitäisi tuumata. Iiris on rohkaistunut kovasti, mutta ei anna vielä koskea. Iiris nukkuu ihmisen vieressä ja jalkojen päällä ja on nopeasti ruokakupilla, kun ihminen poistuu huoneesta. Haadeksen kanssa Iris nukkuu välillä vierekkäin.
