Salem, born circa 2021 – Male Cat My Story Sometimes fate strikes hard. That was the case with our loving male cat Salem. He came to us with a painful, dislocated hip and had to undergo surgery. He bravely endured the long recovery period and the necessary rest—and that time is finally behind him! Since his injury was severe, he’s been left with permanent limitations in movement. Unfortunately, unrestricted outdoor access is no longer an option for Salem, as the risks outside would simply be too great. But here’s the thing: he absolutely loves fresh air and watching what’s going on outside! A home with a secure balcony or a fenced-in terrace would be absolute paradise for him. What makes Salem so unique is this: Talkative & approachable: Salem loves sharing stories about his daily life and actively seeks out petting sessions. Persuadable: With just a few tasty snacks, he’ll let you wrap him around your little finger in no time at all! Loyal companion: A wonderfully characterful cat who forms a close bond with his people. Honest & straightforward: If things get too much for him, he makes it clear—and if his needs aren’t respected, he might even use his claws now and then. The perfect home for Salem: Since Salem clearly shows when his limits are reached, we’re looking for a calm home without small children. Salem, geboren ca. 2021 - Kater Meine Geschichte Manchmal schlägt das Schicksal hart zu. So war es auch bei unserem liebevollen Kater Salem.. Er kam mit einer schmerzhaften, ausgekugelten Hüfte zu uns und musste operiert werden. Die lange Zeit der Genesung und Schonung hat er tapfer gemeistert, und diese Zeit liegt nun endlich hinter ihm! Da seine Verletzung schwer war, sind dauerhafte Bewegungseinschränkungen geblieben. Unbegrenzter Freigang kommt für Salem daher leider nicht mehr infrage da das Risiko draußen einfach zu groß wäre. Aber: Er liebt die frische Luft und das Beobachten von draußen über alles! Ein Zuhause mit einem gesicherten Balkon oder einer gesicherten Terrasse wäre für ihn das absolute Paradies. Das macht Salem so einzigartig: Gesprächig & nahbar: Salem erzählt gerne aus seinem Alltag und holt sich seine Streicheleinheiten aktiv ab. Bestechlich: Mit ein paar leckeren Snacks lässt er sich ruckzuck um den Finger wickeln! Treuer Weggefährte: Ein wunderbarer Charakterkater, der eine enge Bindung zu seinen Menschen aufbaut. Ehrlich & klar: Wenn es ihm zu viel wird, zeigt er das deutlich und nutzt bei Nichtbeachtung eventuell auch mal seine Krallen. Das perfekte Zuhause für Salem: Da Salem sehr klar zeigt, wenn seine Grenzen erreicht sind, suchen wir ein ruhiges Zuhause ohne kleine Kinder.
