Our agile and lively Sandy is a totally friendly and poised female dog. Unfortunately, she didn't have the best start in life; she was found injured on the streets of Ibiza. She was hit by a car, which resulted in a broken shin that required surgical treatment. She also had some bone fragments in her thigh, which needed to be operated on as well. Our foundation then took good care of and rehabilitated her. Despite her history, she is an incredibly cheerful and lively female dog with a bit of mischief in her. Her gait is slightly hobbled in certain situations, but overall, Sandy runs without complaints. She is currently also receiving physical therapy. We can provide more details if you are interested. Despite this accident, Sandy will be able to lead a beautiful and agile life. She is very playful with other dogs and is open and friendly towards people.

Unsere agile und fröhliche Sandy ist eine total freundliche und aufgestellte Hundedame. Leider hatte sie keinen so guten Start ins Leben, sie wurde nämlich auf Ibiza auf der Strasse verletzt gefunden. Sie wurde angefahren. Sie erlitt dabei einen Bruch des Schinbeins, der operativ behandelt werden musste. Auch hatte sie ein paar Knochensplitter am Sitzbein, welche ebenso operiert werden mussten. Sie wurde von unserer Stiftung dann gut versorgt und rehabilitiert. Trotz dieser Geschichte ist sie ein unglaublich fröhliche und lebenslustige Hündin, welche auch noch einige Flausen im Kopf hat. Ihr Gangbild ist in gewissen Situationen etwas hinkend, im Grossen und Ganzen läuft Sandy aber ohne Beschwerden. Sie erhält aktuell auch noch Physiotherapie. Gerne geben wir nähere Auskunft bei Interesse an ihr. Sie wird trotz diesem Unfall ein schönes und agiles Leben führen können. Mit anderen Hunden ist Sandy sehr verspielt und Menschen gegenüber aufgeschlossen und freundlich.
