Lucy Ponette Female Born on 01/01/2006 (20 years and 4 months) Ponette seized by authorities at Lambermont near Verviers, we had intervened to take charge of the two Merens horses. But the operation did not stop there because there was still this small pony left on site, kept in a narrow corridor where she could not move, tied very short against her feeding trough. But the worst in her case was the state of her eye and cheek because a significant infection was draining from the eye opening. We could not leave her there without care and so we made a new trip back and forth to take her in charge as well. Many treatments were needed but we were able to save her eye thanks to the care provided by our president and our volunteers.
