Sera arrived at our shelter on September 26, 2025. Since then, she has been making gradual progress, but she still remains a wary and skittish dog. Although she has improved, she still has a long way to go and needs time to continue building her confidence. We are looking for a family with experience, patience, and commitment who understands her pace and respects her timing without rushing her. She is not a dog for just anyone: she requires a quiet environment and people willing to work with her from a place of understanding and consistency. Sera is not a lost cause, but she is not an "easy dog" either. With the right family, she can continue to evolve, but it is important that anyone interested in her is aware of the type of companion she is and what she needs.

Buscamos para ella una familia con experiencia, paciente y comprometida, que entienda su ritmo y respete sus tiempos sin forzarla. No es una perra para cualquiera: requiere un entorno tranquilo y personas dispuestas a trabajar con ella desde la comprensión y la constancia. Sera no es un caso perdido, pero tampoco un “perro fácil”. Con la familia adecuada, puede seguir evolucionando, pero es importante que quien se interese por ella sea consciente del tipo de compañera que es y de lo que necesita.
