Auch für das Rifugio der LIDA, unser Partnertierheim in Olbia, gibt es keine Verschnaufpause. Nicht nur der alltägliche Stress mit den vielen Hunden und Katzen, die zu versorgen sind, ist zu bewältigen. Täglich kommen auch neue Findlinge oder Abgabetiere dazu. Verschnaufpausen gibt es nicht.Während unserer Team-Projekttour Mitte April 2026 waren wir wieder mal mittendrin in diesem Trubel. Zum einen besuchten wir Hunde, die schon länger darauf warten, abreisen zu dürfen. Zum anderen wurden uns auch wieder etliche Neuzugänge vorgestellt, für die es ohne unsere Hilfe nur wenige Chancen gäbe, richtige Zuhause bei lieben Menschen zu finden.Zu den Neuzugängen gehörten auch diese beiden Schwestern. Sie waren von Touristen gefunden und ins Rifugio gebracht worden.Bei der Fotoaktion waren Lilù und Shila nicht ganz entspannt, was uns nicht wundert, denn zum einen waren sie noch nicht lange im Rifugio, zum anderen werden ihre Erfahrungen, die sie zuvor mit Menschen gemacht haben, nicht wirklich gut gewesen sein. Sie erleben nun so viel Neues, das muss erst einmal verarbeitet werden. Aber Lilù und Shila zeigten sich jedenfalls als sehr lieb. Was die beiden schönen Hundemädchen nun dringend für ihre Entwicklung brauchen, sind eigene Familien, die ihnen engen Familienanschluss schenken und zeigen, wie schön das Leben sein kann.
