July, 2024 Simon has become more confident and calm at the foster home and seems to be in better health in a peaceful environment. He is not always as affectionate as before, but still seeks contact, for example by sitting on your lap. He especially likes it when someone comes to visit - he quickly gets used to strangers. He is rather calm and prefers to play alone. Simon would likely like to be the only pet in a family. December 2023 Simon is a nice cat who has received all necessary treatment with us and is now ready to go to a real home. Simon has hypothyroidism, which means he gets medicine every day. Fortunately, it's very easy to give the pill. You can read about him and his life with his current foster home on his foster home page. Simon has lived through his first youth and deserves a good and loving home for his second life. He is a big cuddler, always wants to be in the same room as a person and insists a lot. At the same time, he is not a shy cat, rather he would prefer a family where the cat is given its own space. He can completely independently play and entertain himself. Please consider offering him a home. March, 2023 Simon has been looking for a home for three years. Now he urgently needs a new foster home, because the previous home can no longer keep him. In May 2020 we received a report that an injured cat was lost in Supilinn. It had been seen there for several days wandering around and looking for food. The cat was bloated and extremely weak. There was a deep wound on its leg, from which blood and pus were oozing. Because the wound caused the cat pain, it could not walk properly. The finder managed to catch the cat and we transported it to the clinic and treated it back to health. Currently, Simon is at Tartu Kassikaitse in the foster home.

Juuli, 2024 Simon on uues hoiukodus tublisti julgemaks muutunud ja rahulikus keskkonnas tundub ka tervis tal parem olevat. Ta ei roni endiselt enamasti päris sülle, kuid otsib ikkagi kontakti, näiteks kaissu pugedes. Eriti meeldib talle see, kui keegi külla tuleb – võõraste inimestega kohaneb ta kiiresti. Ta on pigem rahulik ja mängida eelistab omaette. Simon tahaks tõenäoliselt olla pere ainus loom. Detsember 2023 Simon on tore kass, kes on saanud meie juures kõik vajaliku ravi ja on nüüd valmis päris-koju minema. Simonil on kilpnäärme alaalitus, mis tähendab, et saab iga päev ravimit. Õnneks on tabletti väga kerge anda. Võid sellest ja elust Simoniga lugeda tema praeguse hoiukodu loos. Simon on esimese nooruse ära elanud ja vääriks väga oma teisele elupoolele head ja armastavat kodu. Ta on suur lesija, tahab alati olla inimesega ühes toas ja nurrub kõvasti.
