Voici SNOOPY, un jeune chien de 2 ans pour 12 kg dont l’histoire est incroyable. Il a été trouvé chiot et avait été pris en charge par notre association à l’époque puis il a mystérieusement disparu alors qu’il n’était âgé que de 2 mois et demi (voir la dernière photo). Au mois de mai dernier, nous avons reçu un appel de la fourrière pour nous avertir qu’il avait été capturé. C’était une formidable nouvelle et nous devions vite le sortir de là. Notre bénévole Lucie s’est occupée de sa sortie puis Béatrice l’a récupéré lors de sa visite vétérinaire. Cette dernière nous dit de lui : « Snoopy est sur la réserve au début mais il a vite compris qui gère la nourriture et la balade. Il reste un chien réservé mais qui aime les calins à l’occasion mais il s’intéresse plus à Georges notre chien aveugle en accueil qu’à nous. Il s’entend vraiment bien avec Georges à part quelques chamailles qui restent rares et rapides. Difficile de dire du coup comment il serait s’il n’y avait pas Georges. Il n’est pas ok chats. En balade il ne fait que ça, renifler et chercher les chats. Il est assez agité ce qui rend la balade compliquée avec deux laisses. Il n’ya pas d’enfants chez nous, que des ados alors je ne saurai dire comment il se comporte en présence de petits. Il est très gourmand et finit sa gamelle en 30 secondes.
