adoption requirements adoption process Now request this animal! adoption requirements adoption process Now request this dog! Soe has found her home! Her story: The little Soe is already waiting in a foster home in Germany for her family. Soe is a sweet, cheerful, and curious little puppy. She loves to play, run around with other dogs, and explore her surroundings. She meets people friendly, trusting, cuddly, and open. Soe is likely to remain small and not grow too large. For the little Soe, we wish for a loving home where she can arrive in peace and gradually learn the life as a family dog. People who meet her with patience, time, and a lot of heart, and show her how beautiful the world can be. A visit to a positively working dog training class would be very desirable so that Soe can learn dog 1×1 and grow into a great companion. Soe is vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and brings her EU pet passport. Against an adoption fee of 500 Euro, the little Soe can move into her home and secure a cozy spot on the sofa and in the hearts of her people. Who falls in love with the little Soe and gives her a loving home? Many thanks to Loredana for taking over the namingship. As of: 27.03.

Vermittlungsvoraussetzungen Vermittlungsablauf Jetzt dieses Tier anfragen! Vermittlungsvoraussetzungen Vermittlungsablauf Jetzt diesen Hund anfragen! Stand: 27.03.2026

About Soe

What life with Soe looks like

Soe is a small puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. in München.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Animals leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with a valid EU pet passport. Adoption fees usually fall between €250 and €450, covering veterinary preparation.

Frequently asked

Adopting Soe, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Soe?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Soe on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Soe if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Soe already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Soe isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Soe and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
