Solvej har haft en særlig plads hos os, siden hun blev fundet af en af vores medarbejdere ved vejen på en øde skovstrækning – helt alene og forkommen. Efter en lidt hård start har Solvej lært at finde tryghed hos mennesker og lært, at der sker gode ting på et internat. God mad, godt legetøj og søde små kammerater. Solvej er nu en sød og kælen killing. Hun er stadig ikke så opsøgende, men hun nyder at blive nusset og kælet med, når hun ligger og hviler sig på et af sine yndlingssteder. Hun er glad for at tage en lur i et af de transportkasser, som er i killingerummet. Vi ved ikke, hvordan Solvej har det med børn, men hun er ret hurtig til at trække sig fra fællesskabet, så det kunne godt tyde på, at hun vil trives bedst i et roligt hjem. Solvej skal på sigt have adgang til udelivet.
