This sweet muffin is Sprinkles a 7.5 year old female rabbit. Sprinkles came into the shelter when her family could no longer care for her through no fault of her own. She is a mature lady who is super gentle with a heart filled with love and a mind filled with dreams of romaine lettuce, grass….and her new forever home! Sprinkles would do best in a quiet home that would be willing to give her the patience and comfort she needs to settle in. There’s no doubt she will make a wonderful little pal to anyone or anybun she meets. Thank you for choosing to adopt a small animal from the DPSCA. Please make sure to do your research on how to care for a small animal before considering adopting. We recommend rabbits be kept indoors with an enclosure that’s a minimum of 120 x 60cm for one rabbit with plenty of indoor free roam time. Rabbits require proper housing, bedding, food, enrichment, exercise and vet visits. Small animals are not pets for young children to look after, all the family must be on board to look after and care for any new pet coming into the home. We have seen too many being abandoned so please make sure that you are in a position to look after them and provide them with everything they need.
