Stacy is a small, loving, and sweet female dog who gets along well with other dogs and cats. Stacy arrived at an animal shelter as a found animal. Her health condition deteriorated significantly there. By October 2010, she could no longer move her hind legs and could only move forward with the help of her front paws. Extensive examinations revealed that Stacy has arthritis in her knee joints. This is very painful for the animal without medical care. To properly care for Stacy, she moved in with us on April 10, 2011. She receives special food and medication from us to improve her quality of life. Currently, she can walk well again and has even secured a spot on the sofa. It is noticeable that movement is now fun for her, as she is always at the front of the pack when the dog group runs through the garden and is almost the fastest.

Stacy ist eine kleine liebe und süße Hündin, die mit anderen Hunden und Katzen gut verträglich ist. Stacy kam als Fundtier in ein Tierheim. Dort verschlechterte sich ihr Gesundheitszustand immer mehr. Im Oktober 2010 konnte sie dann die Hinterläufe nicht mehr bewegen und zog sich nur mit Hilfe ihrer Vorderpfoten vorwärts. Umfangreiche Untersuchungen ergaben, dass Stacy Artrose in den Kniegelenken hat. Dies ist ohne medizinische Versorgung sehr schmerzhaft für die Tiere. Um Stacy gut versorgen zu können, zog sie am 10.04.2011 bei uns ein. Sie bekommt bei uns Spezialfutter und Medikamente, um ihre Lebensqualität zu verbessern. Zur Zeit kann sie schon wieder gut laufen und einen Platz auf dem Sofa hat sie sich auch schon gesichert. Es ist ihr anzumerken, dass ihr die Bewegungen wieder richtig Spaß machen, denn immer wenn die Hundemeute durch den Garten fegt ist Stacy ganz vorne mit dabei und fast die Schnellste.
