At the moment, we have not yet been able to stroke him, which indicates that he is still in the process of building trust. For Stan we are looking for a very quiet and stable home, without children, where he gets all the space he needs to get used to things at his own pace. Patience, time and respect for his boundaries are essential here. We cannot be certain if Stan will fully open up to become a clingy cat. Therefore, we are looking for someone who accepts him as he is, without expectations, and gives him the chance to make progress in his own way. Hij neemt zijn tijd om zijn omgeving te observeren en voelt zich nog niet meteen op zijn gemak bij mensen. Op dit moment hebben we hem nog niet kunnen aaien, wat aangeeft dat hij nog volop bezig is met vertrouwen opbouwen. Voor Stan zoeken we een heel rustig en stabiel thuis, zonder kinderen, waar hij alle ruimte krijgt om op zijn eigen tempo te wennen. Geduld, tijd en respect voor zijn grenzen zijn hierbij essentieel.
