Hello, my name is Stormy and that's for a good reason. Behind my actions lies a lot of energy that I can't yet channel well, which probably has something to do with the fact that I previously lived in a neglected apartment without any social interaction. Most things are still unfamiliar to me (e.g., everyday noises, human gestures) and they unsettle me. That's why I also hiss a lot, even when the things the caretakers offer me (e.g., yummy treats, playing with the lure) actually appeal to me. The first two years of my life have left a deep mark, and I'm not sure if I can ever fully overcome my mistrust. I live in the open field of the shelter because I need space to allow myself to approach humans gradually.

Hallo mein Name ist Stormy und das aus gutem Grund. Hinter meinem Tun steckt eine Menge Energie, die ich noch nicht gut lenken kann, was wohl daran liegt, dass ich zuvor ohne Ansprache in einer verwahrlosten Wohnung gelebt habe. Die meisten Dinge sind mir fremd (z.B. Alltagsgeräusche, menschliche Gesten) und verunsichern mich. Deshalb fauche ich auch sehr viel, auch dann, wenn mir dass, was mir die Pflegerinnen anbieten (z.B. Leckerlies, spielen mit der Reizangel) gut gefällt. Die ersten zwei Jahre meines Seins sitzen tief und ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich mein Misstrauen jemals ganz überwinden kann? Ich lebe im Freigelände des Tierheimes, weil ich Platz brauche, um mich auf die Annäherungsversuche des Menschen einlassen zu können.
