Sumu and Huisku are two energetic, curious and affectionate female cats from the same cat population. We were born in 2025 (Sumu) and 2026 (Huisku). We get along well with each other and would like to move into a new home together. Our temporary home also has an older male cat that we get along with. We enjoy playing with people, eating treats from our caregivers and solving puzzle games. Huisku sometimes pushes against familiar humans and allows petting. Sumu can also run around on the legs of his human friends, although they are not yet in a relationship. In our temporary home, we were initially very cautious towards people and mostly stayed hidden. Now, such early hiding and shadowing is only a memory. As young active cats, we need a lot of company, activity and enough space to roam in our new home. We would also like a safe outdoor enclosure or a glazed balcony. Cat food is the best invention in our opinion and as small girls, we are quite greedy eaters and do not whine. Although we are quite omnivorous, we hope that in our future home we will receive high-quality and species-typical meat food. Our health situation is currently good. Dental care is relevant to us at the latest with the next vaccinations in spring 2027. We are not used to children, but we would probably do well in a family where the children are already school age and accustomed to acting calmly around animals. We have become accustomed to the dog's voice here in our temporary home, but so far we have not made closer acquaintance with him. Olemme molemmat nuoria tyttöjä; Sumu lienee syntynyt vuonna 2025 ja Huisku arviolta vuotta aiemmin. Olemme kotoisin samasta kissapopulaatiosta ja keskenämme hyvät kaverit. Haluamme siis muuttaa yhdessä myös uuteen kotiin. Meidän kanssa täällä tilapäiskodissa asustelee myös meitä vähän vanhempi kolli, jonka kanssa tulemme hyvin toimeen. Tykkäämme leikkiä ihmisten kanssa, syödä hoitajilta herkkuja ja ratkoa aktivointipelejä. Nykyään Huisku jo välillä puskee tuttua ihmistä ja antaa silittää. Sumu pyörii myös sujuvasti ihmisystäviensä jaloissa, vaikka ihan silittelyväleissä ei vielä olla. Tilapäiskodissamme suhtauduimme ihmisiin aluksi hyvin varautuneesti ja pysyttelimme enimmäkseen visusti piilossa. Kun ihmiset tulivat huoneeseemme, sängyn päiväpeiton alla näkyi vain kaksi pientä kissanmuotoista kohoumaa. No nyt tällainen alkuaikojen piileskely ja varjoissa hiippailu on kuitenkin enää muisto vain. Nuorina aktiivisina kissoina kaipaamme tulevassa kodissamme paljon seuraa, aktivointia ja riittävästi tilaa viipottaa. Toivelistallamme olisi myös turvallinen ulkoilutarha tai lasitettu parveke. Kissanruoka on meidän mielestämme maailman paras keksintö ja näin pieniksi tytöiksi olemmekin melkoisia suursyömäreitä, emmekä turhaan nirsoile. Vaikka olemmekin varsin kaikkiruokaisia typyköitä, toivomme tulevassa kodissamme saavamme laadukasta ja lajityypillisen lihaisaa ruokaa. Terveystilanteemme on tällä hetkellä hyvä. Hammashoito on meille ajankohtainen viimeistään seuraavien rokotusten yhteydessä keväällä 2027. Lapsiin emme ole tottuneet, mutta pärjäisimme varmaan ihan hyvin sellaisessa perheessä, jossa lapset ovat jo kouluikäisiä ja tottuneet toimimaan rauhallisesti eläinten kanssa. Tilapäiskodin koiran ääniin olemme täällä tottuneet, mutta emme toistaiseksi ole tehneet lähempää tuttavuutta hänen kanssaan.
