"Suri" is a shy cat. She needs a lot of time and also patience from her new people. Most of the time, "Suri" hides in one of the transport boxes until she realizes that no more unfamiliar people are around. However, she also comes out of her hiding place and lets herself be touched by familiar people and cat lovers. The shelter environment is clearly too stressful for her, which makes it so hard for her to come out of her shell. She gets along very well with other cats, which is why she will only be rehomed to an existing social cat, who in the best case can also take away her insecurity towards people. However, she has also become friends with "Pania" here at the animal shelter and they like to lie together, so the two could move to a new home together. We are looking for a home for her with quiet, cat-experienced and patient people in a suitable apartment living environment with a secured balcony or a home in a quiet neighborhood, where she can then explore her surroundings as an outdoor cat after her longer adjustment period. Children should not live in her new home.

"Suri" ist eine schüchterne Katze. Sie braucht viel Zeit und auch Geduld von ihren neuen Menschen. Die meiste Zeit versteckt sich "Suri" in einer der Transportboxen, bis sie merkt, dass keine fremden Menschen mehr da sind. Bei vertrauten Menschen und auch Katzenschmusern kommt sie aber auch gerne aus ihrem Versteck raus und lässt sich auch anfassen. Der Tierheimalltag ist ihr aber eindeutig zu stressig, weswegen ihr es so schwer fällt richtig aus sich rauszukommen. Mit anderen Katzen versteht sie sich sehr gut, weswegen sie auch nur zu einer schon vorhandenen sozialen Katze vermittelt wird, die ihr im besten Fall auch die Unsicherheit Menschen gegenüber nehmen kann. Wir suchen für sie ein Zuhause bei ruhigen, katzenerfahrenen und geduldigen Menschen in reiner Wohnungshaltung mit gesichertem Balkon oder ein Zuhause in ruhiger Wohngegend, wo sie nach ihrer längeren Eingewöhnung dann ihre Umgebung als Freigängerin erkunden kann. Kinder sollten in ihrem neuen Zuhause nicht leben.
