Tanya is a sensitive and broken dog who struggled for a long time to learn to trust people again. When she came to us, it took weeks for her to open up, and although she didn't understand why she was with us then, she is now beginning to fit in. We suspect that she is already on her fourth stage, but from here only a permanent, perfect home awaits her. Interestingly, she accepts the company of men before that of women, but when she loves someone, she becomes extremely attached and protective. Tanya is a brave dog, filled with great love, she just needs time to show it.
