Tala is a 12-year-old mixed breed dog, part Shar Pei and Shiba, who arrived at the shelter after being seized. Her previous owner ultimately relinquished her, recognizing they could no longer provide the necessary care. Tala's journey has not been easy. She lived with five other dogs in a very small space and under difficult hygiene conditions. As a result, she likely had few opportunities to explore the outside world and is unfamiliar with the routines of family life. Specifically, walks are something she needs to learn. She has probably never been walked regularly and must still learn to navigate different environments, meet new people, and discover the everyday experiences of a dog. These lessons will need to be learned gradually, at her own pace, with patience and kindness. At 12 years old, Tala no longer needs grand adventures or a busy daily routine. She is looking for a calm, secure, and comfortable environment where she can finally enjoy life peacefully.

Elle n’a probablement jamais été promenée régulièrement et doit encore apprendre à évoluer dans différents environnements, rencontrer de nouvelles personnes et découvrir toutes ces petites choses qui font le quotidien d’un chien. Ces apprentissages devront se faire progressivement, à son rythme, avec patience et bienveillance. À 12 ans, Tala n’a plus besoin de grandes aventures ni d’un quotidien mouvementé. Elle recherche avant tout un environnement calme, sécurisant et confortable, dans lequel elle pourra enfin profiter sereinement de la vie.
