Meet THOR — a truly special boy looking for his forever home Thor arrived at Los Infiernos Shelter as a tiny puppy back in April 2022, and heartbreakingly, he is still waiting. He has spent over 2 years growing up behind shelter walls and simply doesn’t know what life in a loving home feels like yet. But what we do know is that Thor is an absolutely amazing dog who loves with his whole heart. He is gentle, loyal, affectionate, and so deserving of a family to call his own. This handsome black and white boy walks beautifully on the lead, is always good with his kennel mates, and at around 29kg, he’s basically one big cuddle waiting to happen. Thor has recently been diagnosed with leishmania, and he is now on treatment and doing AMAZING. Please don’t let this put you off adopting him — leishmania is manageable, treatment is simple, and dogs with leishmania can live long, happy, normal lives full of love and adventures.
