I'm named Thorin, 4 years old, FIV+, a sublime professional of discretion, a sleek tiger cat. Up until now, when visitors came to meet me, I preferred to observe the whole world from the top of my cat tree—very high up. The problem is that no one could really discover the gentle and affectionate cat that I truly am. But this past weekend, something changed. My nurturing mother came to see me... and of course, I recognized her. So for once, I accepted to come down to ground level. Yes, yes, the cowpat floor! And Auntie took the opportunity: finally some cuddles without having to climb the ladder to reach me. Behind my shyness lies a deeply soft, endearing, and loving cat of human caresses. So no, I am not the kind of cat who rushes into the arms of strangers the moment they arrive. I will definitely need a bit of time to adapt in my future family. Of calm. Of patience. Moi c'est Thorin, 4 ans, Fiv +, sublime tigré professionnel de la discrétion. Jusqu'ici, quand les visiteurs venaient me rencontrer, je préférais observer tout ce petit monde depuis le sommet de mon arbre à chats. Très haut. Très très haut. Le problème, c'est que personne ne pouvait vraiment découvrir le chat tendre et câlin que je suis réellement.Mais ce week-end quelque chose à changé. Ma maman nourricière est venue me voir... et évidemment, je l'ai reconnue. alors pour une fois, j'ai accepté de descendre au niveau du sol. oui oui, le plancher des vaches ! Et tatie en a profité : enfin des câlins sans devoir grimper à l'échelle pour m'atteindre.Derrière ma timidité se cache donc un chat profondément doux, attachant et amoureux des caresses humaines. Alors non, je ne suis pas le genre de chat qui fonce dans les bras des inconnus dès la première minute. J'aurai sûrement besoin d'un petit temps d'adaptation dans ma future famille. De calme. De patience. Mais une fois rassuré... je devie
