Er lebt seit Ende 2017 in unserem Shelter und wartet seither darauf, von seinen Menschen gefunden zu werden. Wahrscheinlich lebte er vorher ausschließlich auf der Straße. Thy ist ein zurückhaltender und eher schüchterner Rüde, der eine Kennlernzeit braucht, um Vertrauen zu seinem Gegenüber aufzubauen. Unser Besuch im Februar 2024: Thy ist weiterhin sehr ängstlich. Er hat keine Leckerlis von uns, nicht mal, wenn wir sie ihm zuwarfen. Unser Besuch im August 2022: Unser Thy blieb bei unserem Besuch nur in seiner Hütte. Er wollte überhaupt keinen Kontakt zu uns und fror bei unseren Bewegungen regelrecht ein. Auch Leckerlis nahm er nicht in unserem Beisein. Wichtige Information : Wenn Thy das große Glück hat und in sein neues Leben reisen darf, wird er sich erstmal von der anstrengenden Fahrt erholen. Er wird einige Zeit brauchen, um sich an den neuen Alltag zu gewöhnen, denn alles ist neu und fremd. Seine Liebsten sollten deshalb geduldig und verständnisvoll mit ihm sein, damit er sich gut einleben kann. Außerdem sollte seine Familie bereits über Erfahrung im Umgang mit ängstlichen und unsicheren Hunden verfügen. Hat sich Thy aber erstmal eingelebt, wird er sich freuen, wenn er nach all den Jahren im engen Zwinger endlich wieder frisches Gras unter seinen Pfoten spüren darf. Wahrscheinlich wird er eher zaghaft und vorsichtig seine neue Umgebung erkunden. Doch irgendwann wird Thy verstehen, dass das sein neues Leben ist! Er wird wohl zum ersten Mal ein kuscheliges Körbchen für sich haben und nach einer gewissen Zeit sicher auch die vielen Streicheleinheiten genießen können.
