Tiana

Female · Kitten · 3 months

Tiana is a sweet and gentle young girl who is looking for a quiet home where she can continue to blossom. Although she can be a little cautious when meeting new people and is easily startled by sudden noises, she quickly regains her confidence and soon comes over to investigate. Once comfortable, she enjoys fuss around her face and down her back, purring happily and showing her affectionate side. As her confidence has grown, Tiana has become increasingly playful and curious, spending lots of time exploring, relaxing out in the open, and entertaining herself with her favourite toys. She especially loves chasing teaser toys and carrying a little pom-pom around. Tiana could live with other cats and may be able to share her home with a calm, cat-savvy dog. She has no medical concerns and excellent litter tray habits, and she is sure to make a lovely companion for someone who can give her the time and understanding she needs to settle in. Due to her age and social development, she cannot be rehomed to a home that would be leaving her alone for more than 4 hours a day. Also please be aware that we are actively looking for homes for Tiana and are aiming to have her adopted as soon possible from the 20th June so potential adopters will need to be available around this time to adopt and have no upcoming holidays or commitments. Playing with your cat increases your bond, encourages them to stay closer to home, and reduces their urge to kill wildlife outside.

About Tiana

What life with Tiana looks like

Tiana is a puppy/kitten cat waiting at Bath Cats and Dogs Home in United Kingdom.

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇬🇧Adopting from United Kingdom

UK shelters work under the Pet Travel Scheme (post-Brexit, the EU pet passport is not valid; a UK Animal Health Certificate is required for travel into the EU). Most UK rescues focus on domestic placements but some work with EU partners.

Frequently asked

Adopting Tiana, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Tiana?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Bath Cats and Dogs Home handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Tiana on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Tiana if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Bath Cats and Dogs Home will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. UK adopters: post-Brexit travel into the EU requires an Animal Health Certificate. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Tiana already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Tiana isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Bath Cats and Dogs Home early rather than rehoming privately; they know Tiana and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
