Hello, I am Tigerlilly. I was found as a kitten in the woods and lived here at the animal shelter with my rescuer until my human had to move into supported living and couldn't take me. Now I am here at the animal shelter and desperately need a new home. I don't feel quite right here and need some time to adjust. I also don't want to be handled yet; I'd rather stay in my den and watch what the people are doing. I think if someone takes the time to show me that being stroked isn't so bad, I could still be a friendly cat. I am not young anymore, so I am looking for a quiet home with no chaos and no children. I also wish for some freedom. I used to have a balcony in my home where I could always watch what was happening out there in the world, and I would love to finally get a chance to see everything up close, not just from the balcony. I've already been to the vet and I am completely healthy, so nothing stands in the way of my move to a new home. If you still have a spot for an older lady, please contact this breed at our shelter. Hallo, ich bin die Tigerlilly. Ich wurde als Kitten im Wald gefunden und habe bis zur Abgabe ins Tierheim bei meiner Retterin gelebt. Nun musste mein Frauchen leider ins betreute Wohnen und konnte mich nicht mitnehmen, deswegen bin ich jetzt hier im Tierheim und suche dringend ein neues Zuhause. Ich fühle mich hier nicht richtig wohl und muss mich erst mal einleben. Ich möchte mich auch noch nicht anfassen lassen, am liebsten bleibe ich in meiner Höhle und schaue, was die Menschen so machen. Ich denke, wenn sich jemand Zeit für mich nimmt und mir zeigt, dass streicheln gar nicht so schlimm ist, könnte ich auch noch eine freundliche Katze werden. Ich bin nun mal auch nicht mehr die Jüngste, deshalb suche ich ein ruhiges Zuhause ohne viel Trubel und ohne Kinder. Ich wünsche mir auch Freigang. Früher hatte ich in meinem Zuhause einen Balkon, wo ich immer schauen konnte, was so in der Welt da draußen passiert und fände es sicher gut, mir endlich mal draußen alles aus der Nähe anzuschauen und nicht mehr nur vom Balkon aus. Beim Tierarzt war ich auch schon und ich bin komplett gesund, also steht meinem Auszug in ein neues Zuhause nichts mehr im Wege. Wenn ihr noch ein Plätzchen für eine ältere Dame frei habt, dann meldet euch doch im Tierheim. Eure Tigerlilly
