Tim is een buitengewoon lieve, zachte en aanhankelijke hond zonder enige vorm van agressie. In hem komen de schoonheid en zachtheid van een golden retriever samen met de intelligentie, trouw en oplettendheid van een herder. Hij is een grote knuffelbeer met een warm hart, die enorm geniet van menselijk contact. Met andere honden gaat Tim goed om. In een nieuwe omgeving kan hij in het begin wat onzeker of voorzichtig zijn, maar zodra hij merkt dat hij veilig is, past hij zich snel aan. Dan laat hij zijn echte karakter zien: rustig, vriendelijk en ontzettend dankbaar. Tim werd op straat gevonden en we weten helaas niet wat er precies met hem gebeurd is. Misschien was hij verdwaald, misschien is hij ergens ontsnapt, maar niemand kwam hem zoeken. Vrijwilligers hebben hem van straat gehaald en naar een privéopvang gebracht, waar hij alle nodige zorg en veiligheid kreeg. Nu hebben wij besloten hem onder begeleiding van onze stichting de kans te geven om eindelijk zijn eigen warme thuis en een liefdevolle familie te vinden. Tim is ongeveer twee jaar oud. Hij heeft een goede gezondheid, mooie tanden en geen bekende medische problemen. Hij houdt van mensen en gaat goed om met kinderen vanaf ongeveer zeven jaar. Bij kleinere kinderen kan hij door zijn formaat soms wat onhandig zijn. Hij bewaakt zijn voer niet en heeft een stabiel en evenwichtig karakter. In de opvang krijgt Tim pap met vlees, maar we schakelen hem geleidelijk over op droogvoer van superpremiumkwaliteit. Tim past in vrijwel ieder gezin dat bereid is hem liefde, aandacht en wat geduld tijdens de aanpassingsperiode te geven. In ruil daarvoor krijg je een trouwe, zachte en oprechte vriend voor het leven. Kijk eens goed naar deze grote knuffelbeer — misschien is hij precies de hond waar jullie al zo lang naar zoeken. Tim verdient eindelijk een eigen thuis en mensen die hem nooit meer in de steek laten. De adoptie kosten bedragen €450 (een deel van vervoerkosten, vaccins, paspoort, elektronische chip).
