Toana (weight approx. 2.1kg, neutered) was surrendered to us because her living conditions had changed and she could no longer be provided with a suitable life. Unfortunately, she has lived without a companion so far, which is now to change. We are looking for a home for her with a similarly aged neutered rabbit. Toana is curious and very active, she likes to dig. Since Toana belongs to the breed "Lop" (German: Widder), special attention must always be paid to her ear canals, as this quality breeding carries a high risk of ear infections. At our shelter, she unfortunately had to be treated for an infection at the beginning. Toana was initially trusting and hormone-driven. Her moody behavior has settled after the castration. However, due to the ear treatment, she is currently unfortunately somewhat skeptical and cautious. With time and plenty of space, her trust will be regained. She currently lives indoors. Toana (Gewicht ca. 2,1kg, kastriert) wurde bei uns abgegeben, da sich die Lebensumstände geändert hatten und man ihr dementsprechend kein tiergerechtes Leben ermöglichen konnte. Leider lebte sie bisher ohne Artgenossen, was sich nun ändern soll. Wir suchen ein Zuhause für sie bei einem etwa gleichaltrigen Kaninchenkastraten. Toana ist neugierig und sehr aktiv, sie buddelt gerne. Da Toana der Rasse "Widder" angehört, muss stets besonderes Augenmerk auf ihre Gehörgänge gelegt werden, da diese Qualzucht ein starkes Risiko für Ohrenentzündungen mit sich bringt. Bei uns musste sie zu Beginn leider aufgrund einer Entzündung behandelt werden. Toana war anfangs zutraulich und hormongesteuert. Ihr zickiges Verhalten hat sich nach der Kastration gelegt. Aufgrund der Ohrenbehandlung ist sie aktuell jedoch leider etwas skeptisch und vorsichtig geworden. Mit der Zeit und viel Platz wird sich ihr Vertrauen wieder gewinnen lassen.
