Beautiful Tokyo was just abandoned at the shelter because his owner could no longer care for him. Tokyo is a bit lost in the shelter environment but he is still friendly and food-motivated. We don't know his compatibility with other dogs. Tokyo will not be placed with cats. Tests can be done on request at the shelter. Tokyo has difficulty staying alone and is looking for an available family who can work on this with a trainer. He can live with older children, outside of busy city centers. Tokyo requires a hypoallergenic diet. Come meet him quickly!
