Description Tristrás appeared in good condition at a volunteer's bungalow in a truly terrible state, looking very sick. He was emaciated, weighing in at just over 3 kilos when he should have been a large cat, had a terrible diarrhea, and was in a general state of poor health. After testing, he tested positive for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and immunodeficiency, which is uncommon but unfortunately, that's the lottery he drew. After a full blood test and an abdominal ultrasound, he was diagnosed with inflammatory intestinal disease (which is why he has the diarrhea) that requires a very specific diet that we can't afford to skip. We can't afford to give this expensive special diet to the entire animal shelter, so Tristrás has been in quarantine for a long time while we look for a home that can take him in, a home where he can be a unique cat to be spoiled. We would take care of the special food he needs. If you're considering fostering, this is a great opportunity because we can assure you that he is the best cat.

Descripción Tristrás apareció en buen día en el bungalow de una voluntaria en un estado realmente terrible, se le veía realmente enfermo. Estaba famélico, pesaba poco más de 3 kilos cuando es un gatazo enorme, tenía una diarrea espantosa y un estado general deplorable. Al hacerle el test dio positivo a leucemia e inmunodeficiencia, es poco común, pero a el le toco la peor loterías. Tras una analítica completa y una ecografía abdominal se le ha diagnosticado enfermedad inflamatoria intestina (de ahí su diarrea) que le obliga a una dieta muy especifica que de momento no se puede saltar. No nos podemos permitir dar esta dieta tan cara a todo un recinto del albergue, así que Tristrás está ya mucho tiempo en cuarentenas mientras encontramos una casa que lo pueda acoger, un hogar donde sea gato único al que poder mimar, nosotros nos haríamos cargo del pienso especial que necesita, si estas pensando en ser casa de acogida esta es una gran oportunidad porque os aseguramos que es el mejor de los gatos.
