He avoids situations, whether with strangers or other dogs. Il est dans l évitement que ce soit après des inconnus ou des autres chiens. Il est calme et gentil, mais ne doit pas être poussé dans ses retranchements ; c est un chien qui a déjà pincé, chaque fois après avoir prévenu, par des signaux évidents de malaise. A présent les propriétaires ont un bébé de 11 mois ; Trotski a grogné une fois quand elle a tapé sur le carreau. Depuis ils n ont plus confiance en lui et souhaitent lui trouver une famille connaissant les codes canins, où il pourra s épanouir. Il a déjà fait du club canin, de l agility et du dressage, mais ses maîtres ont arrêté car il ne se sentait pas à l aise en groupe. Le troupeau a également été testé, il est déclenché et pourrait s y intéresser. Il sait rester seul sans détruire et voyage très bien en voiture, en caisse de transport. Il vit actuellement avec 2 chats qui restent en extérieur, donc en intérieur il n est pas habitué. En résumé c est un chien qui a beaucoup de qualités, du rappel, qui peut se promener en libre avec des congénères qu il connaît. Il est très craintif et méfiant depuis qu il est tout petit (cela a pourtant été travaillé avec un éducateur), ce qui peut le pousser à pincer, muselière obligatoire chez le vétérinaire. C est un chien qui a besoin de routine et de calme. Il est extrêmement joueur et dynamique. HistoireTrotski est un chien qui a toujours été craintif, la venue d un bébé n est pas compatible avec son caractère. Foyer recherchéIl faudrait pour Trotski une famille connaissant bien la race du border collie et surtout sachant déchiffrer les codes canins. Il peut être un chien très agréable si on respecte ses peurs et ses limites. Bien sûr de grandes balades seront nécessaires à son équilibre. BorderlineCollie est une association sans but lucratif.
